Remove from mold easily!

Audio Photocast Resin

Make Soft Hearing Aids!

Alias Audio Cast resin is produced to create soft hearing aid or earplug molds. For ear mold production, the patient's ear mold is measured. After the measurement is successfully taken, the ear impressions are digitally scanned using 3D measurement scanners. The scanned data is designed with the help of CAD programs. Then, printing is done with Alias Audio Cast resin, which is compatible with many printers. The molds created are easily filled with silicone material. After the silicone is filled, the molds are easily broken and removed. Soft hearing aids or earplugs suitable for the end user are created. Clean and smooth surface results are obtained.

Audio Earmold Resin

Produce Hard Hearing Aids!

Alias Audio Earmold resin is produced to create a hard hearing aid. For the production of hearing aids, the patient's ear mold is measured. After the measurement is successfully taken, ear impressions are scanned using 3D measurement scanners. The scanned data is designed with the help of CAD programs. Then, printing is done with Alias Audio Earmold resin, which is compatible with many printers. The resulting models are suitable for end use and have a tested biocompatible feature. Products printed with precise measurements fit the patient's ear exactly. Clean and smooth surface results are obtained.

Sonic Hard ITE (In-Ear Hearing Aid) Material

Build a Rigid Hearing Aid Without a 3D Printer!

Sonic Hard ITE resin is produced for the purpose of creating hard hearing aids without using a 3D printer. Sonic Hard ITE resin for the production of hearing aids is cured in devices emitting UV light between 300 and 500 nm for a sufficient time. Polymerization time varies according to the size of the ear mold, the transparency of the negative and the light power of the device. The resulting models are suitable for final use. Clean and smooth surface results are obtained.

Audio Cast Seperator

Simplify Soft Hearing Aid Production!

Alias Audio Cast Separator is an anti-adhesive product. Audio Cast Separator is filled into a container. After the molds taken with Alias Audio Cast resin are printed, they are washed and cured. Before silicone is injected into the printed molds, the molds are dipped into the separator, removed and left to dry. The separator, which creates an insulation layer in the mold, prevents the silicone from sticking to the mold and allows the silicone to be easily removed from the mold after breaking. Silicone can be injected into the molds that have dried after 15-30 minutes depending on the air temperature. Soft hearing aids or earplugs suitable for the end user are created. Clean and smooth surface results are obtained.
