Easily removable from the mold !

Audio Fotocast Resin

Produce Soft Hearing Aid !

The resin is manufactured for the purpose of creating a soft hearing aid or earplug cast. For earmold production, the patient's earmold size is taken.

After successful measurement, the earmarks are digitally scanned using 3D impression scanners.

CAD programmes are used to design the scanned data.

Once designed, it is printed using Alias Audio Cast resin, which is compatible with many printers. The formed molds are easily filled with silicone material.

After the silicone is filled, the molds are easily removed by breaking. Soft hearing aids or earplugs are created that are suitable for the end user. Clean and smooth surface results are obtained.

Audio Earmold Resin

Produce Hard Hearing Aid !

The resin is manufactured for the purpose of creating a hard hearing aid or earplug cast. For earmold production, the patient's earmold size is taken.

Sonic Hard ITE (In-The-Ear Hearing Aid) Material

Sonic for generative manufacturing of hard ITE shells

Sonic, the light-curing material forearmold fabrication polymerizesin devices that emit UV light between 300 and 500 nm.
The polymerization time varies with the size of the earmold, the transparency of the negative, and the luminous power of the device.

Audio Cast Seperetor

Simplify the Production of Soft Hearing Aid!

Alias Audio Cast Separator is a non-stick product. Audio Cast Separator is filled into a bowl. After printing, the molds taken with Alias Audio Cast resin are washed and cured. Before the silicone is injected into the printed molds, the molds are dipped into the separator and left to dry. The separator, which creates an insulating layer in the mold,

It prevents the silicone from sticking to the mold and allows the silicone to be easily removed from the mold after breaking. Silicone can be injected into the molds, which dry after 15-30 minutes depending on the air temperature. Soft hearing aids or earplugs are created that are suitable for the end user. Clean and smooth surface results are obtained.
