To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty items), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your product, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and make a separate purchase for the new item when the return is accepted.
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund based on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
